Hamish Jefford has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Hamish started their career at The Co-operative Group in 2013 as an Applications and Software Development Analyst, where they worked on web and mobile app projects and facilitated Change Management for the company's online estate. In 2014, they joined Curium Solutions as the Digital Lead, where they led the development of a flagship digital platform, implemented and managed an Information Security Management System, and formulated peripheral service and support offerings for digital products. Currently, Hamish is at Robiquity, where they began in 2019 as a Senior Consultant and progressed to roles including Continuous Improvement Lead and now serves as the Head of Operations and Change.

From 2011 to 2015, they attended The Manchester Metropolitan University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Games Technology.

Prior to that, from 2003 to 2010, they attended Christleton High School, where they completed their A Levels in Computer Science.

In addition to their formal education, Hamish Jefford has obtained several certifications. In 2017, they became a Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) through TetraMap UK and also completed the Google Analytics Individual Qualification offered by Google. In 2018, they obtained the ITIL Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice and the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services. In 2019, they became a Blue Prism ROM Architect. In 2020, they added the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations 2020 Associate certification, as well as the Blue Prism Certified Installation Engineer and Blue Prism Certified Technical Architect certifications from Blue Prism.
