Chen Zheng

Chen Zheng is a Senior Product Director at Roblox, leading the Discovery team since August 2023. As a co-founder and Board Chair of Product Pub, Chen has cultivated a community of over 3,000 product managers and organized in-depth discussions since July 2018. Previously, as Director of Product Innovation at Netflix, Chen established teams that focused on algorithm innovations and content recommendations, significantly enhancing creative outcomes. Chen co-founded the Tech For AAPI Alliance, addressing anti-AAPI violence following the 2021 Atlanta Spa Shootings, and advised DonatePPE.org during a nationwide PPE shortage. An experienced lecturer, Chen taught Product Management fundamentals at Stanford University and has held managerial roles at Facebook, Instagram, and Wish, driving major product initiatives. Chen earned a Ph.D. in Physics from Stanford University, alongside degrees from Stanford Graduate School of Business, Harvard University, and Tsinghua University.
