U-Peng Lei is a seasoned professional in product development and management with extensive experience at E2open since June 2008, currently serving as the Director of Product Development. U-Peng has successfully managed quarterly software releases and implemented a self-service customization system for pre-sales demos, enhancing efficiency and client engagement. Previous roles include Customer Success Director, overseeing projects with an ARR exceeding $10M in the Aerospace and Defense sector, and a history of software engineering positions where U-Peng developed a supply chain management platform and improved deployment processes. U-Peng holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
