Matt Kelly

Matt Kelly is VP of Product, Growth at Roblox. In his role, Matt oversees the company’s overall growth strategy and leads the product teams that enable Roblox to further accelerate its global vision.

Matt brings over two decades of growth, startup, and gaming experience to Roblox. As Head of Growth at Facebook, he led an organization of 250+ people and generated the fastest growth rate in the company’s history. He also incubated Facebook Lite, one of the fastest-growing consumer internet apps ever with 100M MAUs in nine months. Outside of Facebook, Matt served in an advisory role to the CEO of Houseparty and founded Flowlingo, the world’s first language learning app that teaches through pop culture.

Matt graduated from Bowling Green University with a BSBA specializing in Finance.
