Eric Hanson

Eric Hanson is the Head of Customer Success at Robocorp. Eric has over 15 years of experience in customer success and management positions. Prior to joining Robocorp, they were the Customer Success Director, Global Accounts at New Relic, Inc., where they managed the Network, Server, and Production Applications teams. Eric has also worked as a Manager, Solutions Engineering at Oracle and as a Principal Sales Consultant at Oracle | TOA Technologies.

Eric Hanson works with Erno Pirinen - Head of Platform Products, Chris Etheredge - VP, Sales, and Sampo Ahokas - VP, Engineering & Co-Founder. Their manager is Antti Karjalainen, Co-Founder & CEO.
