Ryan Mak is a dedicated undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology, with an expected graduation in December 2025. Currently, Ryan serves as a Teaching Assistant at the George W. Woodruff School of Mechanical Engineering, where responsibilities involve grading and evaluating coding assignments and technical reports. As a Research Assistant at the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Ryan contributes to the Driver Score project, focusing on AI-driven data collection for vehicle safety through machine learning and computer vision. Additionally, as a Mechanical Team Member of Georgia Tech Solar Racing, Ryan designs key components for a solar-powered vehicle. Previous experience includes serving as Secretary for the RoboJackets organization and participating in competitive robotics events, as well as working as a Guest Services Manager at campus event centers.
