Sridharan brings over 30 years of experience in strategic & operations management. He joined Robosoft in Feb 2022 to lead the organizational and software engineering process improvements.
Starting off as a Lecturer in a reputed engineering college in Mumbai, he has a rich and diverse experience in management & consulting roles in private and government sectors. He has worked with TATA AutoComp Systems, Nihilent Technologies, and South African Revenue Service in the past. In his last role, he was Director with Aurel Consulting, a boutique consulting firm.
A mechanical engineer, he has a Master of Management degree from IIT Bombay and also pursuing his Ph.D. in ‘Administrative Reforms In Government’ from Symbiosis International University, Pune.
