Intern C++ Software Engineer

Robotec.ai is a software company that empowers the development of simulation platforms for robotics applications. Our Simulation and Robotics teams deliver ROS2-enabled, scalable simulation solutions for automotive, agriculture, manufacturing, logistics, mining & construction. Our Driver Monitoring Team provides data for training and validation of Driver Monitoring System algorithms. We are currently looking for an entry level C++ Engineer.

What you will do:

• Develop high-quality software (including for real-time applications).
• Develop software modules related to the simulation based validation of Autonomy software
• Work on ROS(2) projects, improving performance of the most advanced robotics middleware. As part of your work, you will contribute to ROS 2 open source project.
• Develop simulation modules based O3DE (Open 3D Engine)
• Develop PoC algorithms related to confined areas automation
• Write technical documents and reports
