Hadas Geyer Shafrir

Hadas Geyer Shafrir has a long and varied work experience. Hadas began their career in 2000 as an Intelligence Officer in the 8200 Unit of the IDF - Inteligence Division. From 2006 to 2019 they worked at Epsilon Investment House | אפסילון בית השקעות as a Marketing Manager. In 2019, they moved to Value^2- Impact Investing in the Public Equity Arena as a Marketing employee. From 2014 to 2022, they worked at Koret Israel Economic Development Funds (KIEDF) in various roles, including Head of Business Development and Special Projects and Director of the Social Business and Micro Savings Program. Hadas is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Israel Innovation Institute, a position they have held since 2023.

Hadas Geyer Shafrir completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2010, majoring in Executive MBA. Hadas then earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) at Tel Aviv University between 2002 and 2005, majoring in Economics and Psychology. Hadas is currently enrolled in the Fellows Program at The Heschel Center For Sustainability, which they began in 2021.
