Heidi Parks is Chief People Officer at RRAI, responsible for driving People Operations & Talent Acquisition best practices, leading key initiatives, and providing strategic direction and expertise for the People & Talent function. As RRAI’s CPO, Heidi will develop and execute the HR strategy for the organization, partnering with senior management and the executive team to execute the vision. She serves as a thought leader and partner, providing HR advisory services with regards to leadership, coaching, employee relations, talent acquisition, engagement, culture, compensation, organizational design and change, performance management, learning, and development. Heidi is a certified Senior HR Professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from McDaniel College and a Master’s in Public Administration (MPA) with a focus on Human Resource Management from the American University. Heidi holds several professional certifications in Human Resources including a Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) from HRCI and a Society of Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). She is certificated in Human Resources Management from George Mason University and holds a certification in Performance Management Innovation (PMI) from the Human Capital Institute (HCI), Heidi was a CHRO finalist in the WashingtonExec’s Annual Chief Officer Awards for 2021. Heidi was previously Chief People Officer at Intelligent Waves, and prior to that was Head of People Operations at Blacksky. Heidi also held roles of increasing responsibility at Trident Systems, Garda World and Global TAC.
