Dan Fico is a seasoned professional in the engineering and robotics sectors, currently serving as the Owner of RobotLab Jacksonville, where responsibilities include overseeing sales, implementation, service, and warranty for a leading robotics product line since April 2025. Previous experience includes a role as Technical Director at Star Catcher, focusing on space innovation, and Senior Solutions Engineer at Propel, where Dan led technical aspects of pre-sales processes. Dan's background also features significant positions such as Spacecraft Avionics Lead at Redwire Space, managing electronic designs for satellite projects; Manager of Corporate Quality and Regulatory Affairs at Critical Alert, ensuring product compliance; and various engineering roles at Saft Batteries, OSRAM SYLVANIA, Haemonetics, Textron Defense Systems, and MIT Lincoln Laboratory. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University.
