Amanda Coady

Amanda Coady is an experienced professional in organizational behavior, leadership, and change, currently serving as Chief of Staff at the IKEA Foundation since January 2019. Amanda has also held positions such as Learning and Development Advisor, interim Chief People Officer, and Communication Manager at the IKEA Foundation. As a University Lecturer at Erasmus University Rotterdam since September 2013, Amanda shares expertise to prepare future leaders for contemporary workplace challenges.
