Carolyn Fry

Principal Client Strategy Analyst at Robots and Pencils

Carolyn Fry has over 35 years of professional experience in a variety of roles. Carolyn began their career at Mellon Financial, where she were responsible for high risk and high volume securities operations and fund accounting. After leading several bank mergers, she ended her career in banking as a First Vice President and Business Manager. In 2005, she became the Senior Director of Student Financial Services for Online Higher Education at EDMC, where they grew the team in size from 20 to 200+ and opened a second west coast enrollment center. In 2010, Fry moved to Kaplan University as the Executive Director of Financial Aid, overseeing several departments, including the administration of Veteran's benefits and Active Duty tuition assistance programs. In 2013, Fry became the Vice President of Lead and Client Management at University Bound, where she led a team of marketing professionals responsible for sourcing high-quality prospective students. In 2014, Fry joined The Art Institutes as the Senior Director of Product Development, leading new program development and implementation across the Art Institutes' system of campuses and online. Finally, in 2018, Fry joined Robots and Pencils as a Principal Client Strategy Analyst and Business Consultant, supporting various public, private, and not-for-profit institutions of higher education.

Carolyn Fry obtained her Bachelor degree in Business Administration from Robert Morris University and then went on to pursue a Masters in Public Management and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources at Carnegie Mellon University.
