Lara Aranador

With a passion for all things Talent and a background in multiple facets of talent management as well as supporting hybrid-distributed teams, its no surprise Lara finds herself leading the Talent Experience team at R&P. As one of the first talent-focused team members to join back in 2014, she has been directly involved in building and implementing key programs and frameworks focused on overall talent engagement and talent success. She brings expertise around new hire-onboarding, total rewards practices, learning and development, internal communications and enhancing internal policies.
