Theo Thompson

Theo Thompson has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. Theo began their career as an Intern/Teller at Community Savings Bank, followed by a role as a Game Advisor at GameStop. Theo then worked as a Research Aid at Michigan State University from 2011-2013. In 2013, they became a Financial Consultant at Digital Municipal Technologies. From 2015-2017, they were a User Experience Designer and Senior User Experience Designer at Rosetta. Theo then joined Robots and Pencils in 2017 as a Senior User Experience Designer, and was later promoted to Associate Practice Lead - UX. In this role, they achieved a lead-to-talent ratio target of 1:10 +/- 5, increased clarity of purpose and career path, advised on career development, set and measured progress toward goals, supported talent performance improvement, and fostered strong relationships.

Theo Thompson obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media and Information Systems specializing in Media Management from Michigan State University between 2011 and 2015.
