Mick De Valck

Mick De Valck has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Mick currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Robovision since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Managing Partner at Innomates BV starting from May 2018. From October 2020 to August 2022, Mick held the position of Senior Director Software Engineering at Materialise, and also served as the Tribe Lead Streamics, ad interim from February 2020 to September 2020. Mick was previously the Director of Technology and Operations at VRT from November 2013 to April 2018. Mick De Valck founded and led their own company, DeVaManagement, where they worked as the Owner and took on various interim management assignments from July 2011 to September 2014. Mick also has experience working at Axsmate as the Founder from November 2012 to September 2014. Prior to that, Mick held various management roles at Agfa HealthCare, including Business Unit Manager Imaging Informatics, Operations Manager BU Imaging Informatics, Program Manager RIS/PACS, Program Manager Solution Development, and R&D and Site Manager Agfa Gent. Mick'searly work experiences include serving as the R&D Manager and Software Developer at Quadrat NV, as well as a Software Developer at FICS NV.

Mick De Valck completed their education with a Master's degree (ir.) in Informatics from Ghent University, which they pursued from 1985 to 1992. Later, they attended Vlerick Business School from 1998 to 2000 to earn an MBA degree in Business Administration.
