Andrea Tanzi

Andrea Tanzi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles.

In their most recent position at Roboze, they serve as the Chief People Officer & EMEA General Manager. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President of People at the same company.

Before joining Roboze, Andrea worked at PROMETEON TYRE GROUP, where they served as HR Europe, APAC, India & Global HRBP Commercial.

Their previous experience includes working as a Sr HR Manager Bari & Pescara at Baker Hughes, where they supported the implementation of business strategies and was responsible for various HR processes.

At Comau, Andrea held two positions. First, they were the Romania Country HR Manager, where they were involved in transforming an operational site into a European center of excellence for Manufacturing and Engineering. Andrea was also responsible for various HR activities, including local laws/rules fulfillment, recruitment, and people development. In their second role at Comau, Andrea was an HR Business Partner & Industrial Relations specialist Italy. Andrea managed HR activities for two cross functions and one business unit, while also serving as a referent for industrial relations and litigation.

Andrea also had experience working at FPT Industrial as an HR Training, Organization, and People Development Specialist. Their responsibilities included training, communication, and cultural development at the Foggia plant.

Andrea began their career as an HR consultant at IFOA and worked as a Recruiter at Gi Group.

Andrea has a strong background in HR, with expertise in people development, recruitment, industrial relations, and organizational transformation.

Andrea Tanzi's education history includes earning an Executive 2' level Master in Strategic Human Resources Management from IL SOLE 24 ORE - BUSINESS SCHOOL in 2012-2013. This program focused on Human Resources Development. Prior to that, Andrea attended the Università degli Studi di Bari, where they studied Political Science and Government, although the specific degree obtained is unknown.

In addition to their education, Andrea has obtained certifications in various leadership and coaching skills. They received certifications in "Balancing Multiple Roles as a Leader," "Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers," and "Executive Coaching" from LinkedIn in December 2020.
