Fabrizia Fiandaca, Ph.D., has extensive experience in the legal field. Fabrizia is currently the Head of Legal Department at Roboze, where they provide legal support to the company and its affiliates. Their responsibilities include assisting top management on international and national strategic projects, M&A deals, financial agreements, partnerships, commercial contracts, procurement, and supply chain. Prior to their current role, Fiandaca worked at Tenaris as a Legal Counsel Europe | Senior Legal Counsel. In this position, they directly reported to the Senior Director for Legal and Corporate Affairs Europe. Their main duties involved providing legal assistance to business units in negotiating, drafting, and managing complex commercial contracts related to the supply of tubes and related services for the energy industry and other industrial applications. Fabrizia also provided legal support on procurement, logistics, transports, supply chain, and energy law issues.

Before joining Tenaris, Fiandaca worked at Saipem as a Legal Counsel | M&A Specialist. Within the Legal Department, they provided legal advice on domestic and international corporate operations, specifically M&A transactions in the engineering services sector for the oil & gas business. Their expertise covered on-shore and off-shore projects, as well as energy, constructions, and infrastructures. Fabrizia was responsible for advising on joint ventures, shareholders' agreements, mergers, spin-offs, and sale and purchase agreements.

Fiandaca also gained experience at Morri Rossetti e Associati (formerly Morri Cornelli e Associati) as an M&A Associate, where they provided legal advice on ordinary and extraordinary corporate operations, including mergers, acquisitions, and sale and purchase agreements. In 2002-2003, Fabrizia was awarded an Erasmus Scholarship and studied at the University of Cologne, focusing on Rechtwissenschaft (Law).

Later, in 2007, they enrolled at the Università di Catania for their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Diritto commerciale (Commercial Law). Fabrizia completed their Ph.D. in 2011.
