Wendy Swain-Owens, M.Ed

Wendy Swain-Owens, M.Ed has over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Wendy began their career in 1998 as the Vice President of Human Resources at Service Transport Company, a division of Adams Resources and Energy, Inc. In this role, they were a member of the executive leadership team and was actively involved in all strategic decision-making for the company. In 2009, they joined Shaw Pipeline Services as the Global Projects and Operations Manager. At Shaw Pipeline Services, they were responsible for managing inspection services operations- onshore/offshore US, UK, Middle East and Far East. In 2013, they joined Energy Alloys as an Organizational Development Consultant. At Energy Alloys, they were responsible for managing heat treatment and machining services operations, and lean leadership/implementation at distribution centers. Most recently, in 2021, Wendy Swain-Owens, M.Ed joined Robroy® Industries as the Director of Organizational Development.

Wendy Swain-Owens, M.Ed holds a Master's degree in Occupational Training Management from Idaho State University, with a focus on Organizational Design & Development and Corporate Training. Wendy also holds a BA in English Language and Literature and ESL from Tarleton State University. Additionally, Wendy is an Advanced Certified Birkman Consultant, obtained in January 2015.
