Eyal Keltsh

Mr. Keltsh CPA (IL) is a graduate of the Economics and Accounting Department of Haifa University in Israel. Mr. Keltsh has over 30 years of experience in the property development market in Israel, the Netherlands, and countries from Central and Eastern Europe. Between 1994–2008, Mr. Keltsh established the European headquarters of the Kardan group in the Netherlands and served as a Director of a number of Kardan Investment group companies. From 1998 to 2012, Mr. Keltsh also ran his telecom operations in the Netherlands - an operation that was sold during 2010. In the years 2000- 2009, Mr. Keltsh served as a director of Nanette Real Estate Group, one of the founders of Robyg group in Poland. Since May 2009, Mr. Keltsh has been a Member of the Management Board of ROBYG S.A.
