Carl van der Walt

Carl van der Walt has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Carl currently holds the position of Director of Commercial Partnerships for North America at Roc Nation, a prominent company. Prior to this, they worked at Genius Sports as a Sales Manager, where they collaborated with leagues, teams, brands, and broadcasters to enhance media efficiency and revenue growth. Before joining Genius Sports, Carl was the Director of Sales for the Americas at FanHub, which was later acquired by Genius Sports. Carl also held various roles at Megapro Holdings and gained experience in commercial management, sales, and operations. Earlier in their career, they worked at Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan Chase & Co., and HSBC, where they held positions in hedge fund relationship management, prime brokerage, and equities trading desk support respectively.

Carl van der Walt attended Stellenbosch University where they pursued a degree in B Comm Financial Management with a focus on Investments. Prior to that, they attended Grey High School.
