Luca Zanello

Luca Zanello has a diverse work experience in the music industry. Luca currently holds the position of Senior Vice President, Digital Operations at Roc Nation, where they have been working since April 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Digital Marketing & Strategy at Roc Nation from January 2020 to April 2022.

Before joining Roc Nation, Luca worked at The Orchard as the Associate Director of Interactive Marketing and Audience Development from October 2018 to December 2019. Luca also has experience as an Artist Manager, having worked at Strong Management from June 2015 to October 2018 and at The Intrigue Group from March 2013 to June 2015.

Additionally, Luca has co-owned and worked as an Artist Manager at Music Machine Management from April 2012 to March 2013. Luca gained early experience in the industry as an Executive Assistant at Red Light Management, where they assisted notable clients such as Kool And The Gang, Joey Ramone's Estate, and O.A.R., from April 2012 to March 2013.

Prior to that, Luca worked as a Digital Media Specialist at Advance Alternative Media from December 2011 to April 2012, where they were responsible for maintaining and editing websites, coordinating newsletters and press releases, and designing album art and promotional images using Photoshop.

Before entering the music industry, Luca gained industry-related experience as a Talent Buyer and Co-owner at Machiavelli Group LLC, where they booked shows for bands in the greater Washington D.C. metropolitan area from October 2008 to June 2010. Luca also worked as an Intern at WRQX - Mix 107.3 from June 2006 to September 2007, where they assisted in executing promotions and designed online campaigns through platforms like Facebook and MySpace.

Luca Zanello earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Analysis and Practice from The Ohio State University in 2010.
