Matthew Woods

Matthew Woods is an accomplished Business Manager in the Life Science sector at Roc Search since August 2021, bringing over a decade of diverse experience in business development and management roles. Prior to this, Matthew served as Business Development Manager at Apollo Teaching Services, where mentoring a team of consultants led to significant growth in the Cardiff and Vale of Glamorgan region. Additional experience includes managing branches at Huntress and Apollo Teaching Services, with responsibilities ranging from recruitment to performance management, and delivering critical training programs at Staffline. Matthew holds a BA(Hons) in Hospitality Administration/Management from Cardiff Metropolitan University.
