Paul Bradley

Paul Bradley has been working in the affordable housing sector for over three decades. Paul began their career at the NH Community Loan Fund before founding ROC USA in 2008, where Paul currently serves as President. Through ROC USA, Paul has helped create a national network of co-ops and provided financing solutions for manufactured home community homeowners. Paul holds a BA in Economics from the UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics.
