Frans Slingerland

Frans Slingerland is an experienced professional with a strong background in facility management, procurement, and organizational leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Housing and Facility Affairs at ROC van Twente since September 2022, Slingerland oversees housing and facility matters across all educational locations. Prior roles include Director of the Public Sector at Supply Value, General Manager of Real Estate and Facility Management at Royal FloraHolland, and Director of the Facility Company and Procurement at UWV, overseeing large teams and significant budgets.
