Tyler Schafer

Tyler Schafer has extensive experience in various roles across multiple industries, currently serving as Electrical Maintenance BIW at Lucid Motors since May 2021. In addition to this position, Tyler has held multiple roles at Roca Berry Farm since October 2014, which include security, bartender, and seasonal worker, demonstrating strong communication skills and a commitment to guest satisfaction. Previous experience includes seasonal maintenance at Iowa Western Community College, where responsibilities encompassed grounds keeping and snow removal, as well as serving as a laboratory assistant, where equipment calibration and inventory management were key tasks. Tyler holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Robotics/Automated Systems Engineering Technology from Iowa Western Community College and a similar degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Southeast Community College.
