Florian Steinmaier

Florian Steinmaier currently serves as a Member of The Supervisory Board at Digital Finance Argonauts since December 2023. Prior to this, Florian held the position of General Manager at The Charles Hotel Munich, a Rocco Forte Hotel, starting in April 2022, after serving as General Manager at Villa Kennedy, also a Rocco Forte Hotel, from January 2020 to April 2022. Florian's experience includes roles such as Hotel Manager at Roomers Hotels from March 2016 to December 2019, Director of F&B at Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski München from September 2011 to February 2016, and Food & Beverage Manager with Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group from June 2010 to August 2011. Florian began the career with positions including Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at Steigenberger Frankfurter Hof and Restaurant Manager at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London. Florian earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in International Hotel Management from Les Roches between 2008 and 2009.
