Bo Pfeffer

Bo Pfeffer has a diverse work experience in the manufacturing industry spanning over two decades. Bo is currently the Vice President of Quality at Theodore Alexander since August 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Director Manufacturing at San Lim Furniture from February 2022. Bo also has experience as a Director Of Manufacturing Engineering at Rochdale Spears Group and Redwood Furniture Sdn Bhd. Bo served as a Factory Manager at Redwood Furniture from January 2013 to February 2020. Before that, they worked as a General Manager at SJI Industries Sdn Bhd from September 2009 to December 2012. Bo has also worked as a Product and Manufacturing Engineer at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. and as a Technical Team Manager at Shaw Group.

Bo Pfeffer attended Rosenheim Technical University of Applied Sciences from 1982 to 1986, where they obtained a Diploma in Engineering with a focus on Wood Science and Wood Production Technology.
