Ana Flores

Ana Flores is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and human resources. Currently serving as the People & Culture Technology Practice Lead at Roche since April 2023, Ana previously held various strategic and leadership roles at Novartis from May 2015 to March 2023, including Strategic Business Partner Head for People & Organization and Global IT Service Delivery Manager. With a strong foundation in ERP system implementations as seen during tenure at Alcon Laboratories and Accenture, Ana has also contributed to academia as an associate professor at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Engineering and a Bachelor of Technology from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, along with certifications in logistics and supply chain, and agile methodologies.
