Daniele Iacovelli

Daniele Iacovelli is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in digital, analytics, and operational excellence. Currently serving as EVP and Global Head of Digital, Analytics & Operational Excellence at Roche since February 2022, Daniele previously held the position of Partner and Global Leader of Digital & Advanced Analytics at McKinsey & Company from January 2011 to February 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Consultant for Operational Excellence, Robotics & Automation at JOT Automation Beijing Ltd. in 2010, and a Project Lead in Capacity Management Strategy and Process Optimization at DB Netz AG from 2007 to 2010. Daniele holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and International Management from the University of Kassel and a Diplom-Ingenieur in Construction Engineering and Project Management from the same institution. Additional education includes non-degree programs at the University of Oxford in economics and Helsinki School of Economics focused on doing business in Asia.
