Katarzyna Tomczak

Katarzyna Tomczak is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leading human resources functions across various organizations. Since March 2009, Katarzyna has served as the Head of HR for Roche Pharmaceuticals in Poland. Prior to this role, Katarzyna held the position of HR Director at Pliva from July 2006 to March 2009 and at Frito Lay from May 2004 to June 2006. Katarzyna's career began at Hewlett-Packard, where Katarzyna worked as HR Director from May 1997 to May 2004, and earlier served as Recruitment and Training Manager at RJ Reynolds from June 1991 to May 1997. Katarzyna holds a Master of Arts degree in International Commerce from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, which was obtained between 1982 and 1988.
