Monica Cipriani

Monica Cipriani is a Principal Scientist I at Roche, where responsibilities include planning, executing, and analyzing development-related experiments while independently resolving scientific problems to enhance project outcomes. With a background as a Senior Scientist and System Engineer, Monica has also contributed to FDA documentation processes and presented technical analyses in high-stakes group meetings. Previous experience at Nima Labs involved leadership in R&D project management, data analysis, and the development of innovative food sampling techniques. Monica began as an Associate Scientist and quickly advanced due to significant contributions. Earlier roles included an internship at Sanford-Burnham Medical Research Institute focusing on biochemistry and histology and a summer engineering internship at GigOptix Inc. Monica holds a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Rome Tor Vergata.
