Patti Oscilowski

Patti Oscilowski is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Director and Site Head of HR and Site Services at Roche, a position held since January 2013. In this role, Patti partners with management to implement business strategies by enhancing HR capabilities and operations, while driving organizational culture and change. Prior to the current role, Patti held various positions at Roche from 1993 to 2012, including Senior HR Business Partner, Manager of Staffing and Diversity, Manager of Corporate Relocation, Manager of the Benefits Call Center, and Trainer in Management and Organization Development. Patti holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management, both from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
