Pratiksha Gulati

Pratiksha Gulati currently serves as the Biomarker Outsourcing and Validation Lead, Principal Scientist, and People Enabler at Roche since July 2018, focusing on goal setting, performance management, and recruitment in addition to overseeing clinical biomarker experiments. Prior experience includes roles as Laboratory Manager and Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Zurich, where responsibilities involved establishing SOPs, developing analytical procedures, and researching immunotherapeutic treatments for cancer patients. Earlier positions as Research Assistant at UniversitätsSpital Zürich and Junior Research Assistant at Maastricht University involved significant work on tumor cell behavior and DNA repair mechanisms in hypoxic conditions. Pratiksha holds a PhD in Molecular Life Sciences with a specialization in Onco-immunology from the University of Zurich, along with a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Molecular Life Sciences and Biotechnology, respectively.
