Shane Moloney is a design leader and systems thinker with over 15 years of experience in UX design, software development, and leadership. Currently serving as Product Design Lead at Roche, Shane focuses on AI-enabled oncology management systems and other complex healthcare solutions. Previously, Shane was Head of Design at Showtime Analytics, where they managed cross-functional teams and drove the delivery of enterprise-level SaaS products. Shane co-founded 'Rebase,' Ireland’s first UX & Service Design conference, and is actively involved in research on the state of UX in Austria. Shane holds an MSc in UX & Service Design and has been recognized with multiple awards for design excellence.
