Sheren Abdeldayem

Sheren Abdeldayem, MBA, PMP, is the Head of Project Management Office at Roche Diagnostics, where they lead a team in aligning project feasibility with strategic objectives. From 2018 to 2024, they managed site expansion projects, overseeing over $20M in capital investments to enhance infrastructure for production demands. Prior to this role, Sheren worked as a Senior Scientist, managing compliance teams at Roche Molecular Systems and contributing to various projects in PCR diagnostics. Sheren holds an MBA in Management & Global Business and a Master Certificate in Project Management from Rutgers and Villanova University, respectively.
