Taksina Ratanasakdi

Taksina Ratanasakdi has extensive experience in finance and organizational transformation, currently serving as the Chief Transformation Officer for Roche since April 2014, where Taksina leads Agile Transformation and oversees the development of organizational roadmaps. Prior to this role, Taksina managed strategic planning and finance transformation across multiple countries for Roche from 2020, and previously held positions at Novartis and L'Oréal, where responsibilities included business and financial planning, budgeting, and profitability analysis. Taksina's career began with roles such as a financial controller at Virgin Atlantic Airways and a plan and policy analyst at the Office of the Royal Development Project Board. Taksina holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Kingston University and a BBA in Accounting from Assumption University.
