Verena Doblmayr

Verena Doblmayr is a Principal Research Associate at Roche since May 2021, previously serving as a Senior Research Associate in Pharma Research & Early Development. Verena gained valuable experience during an internship at Ecole polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne's Brain Mind Institute under Prof. Johannes Gräff, and held the position of Technischer Assistent while completing a Master’s Thesis in the research group of Prof. Gerda Egger at Medizinische Universität Wien, focusing on pharmacological HDAC inhibition. Earlier internships included work at Medizinische Universität Innsbruck and Abionic in their Research & Development Department. Verena completed a Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of Vienna and subsequently earned a Master of Science in Genetics and Molecular Pathology from the same institution.
