Pete Muscio

Pete Muscio is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in capital program management and facility operations. Currently serving as the Director of Capital Programs & Facilities for Rochester Community Schools since December 2015, Pete oversees the implementation and management of capital projects for the 7th largest school district in Michigan. Prior to this role, Pete was the Program Manager for Real Estate Development & Planning at Beaumont Health System from October 1997 to August 2015, where responsibilities included project planning and managing an annual capital budget of $80 million to $100 million. Additionally, Pete served as the Director of Construction & Engineering at Sinai Hospital from March 1996 to October 1997, successfully managing a major campus expansion. Pete holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from Michigan State University.
