Jeff Quain

Jeff Quain is a seasoned professional in economic development and public administration, currently serving as a Senior Economic Development Specialist at Rochester Gas & Electric since June 2023. Quain holds dual roles in the City of Albany, New York, as Vice Chair of the Commission on Municipal Internet Service and a Member of the Board of Zoning Appeals. Previous experience includes directing operations at J Strategies, Inc., and serving in various capacities within the New York State Executive Chamber and the Office of Assemblywoman Donna A. Lupardo, where responsibilities encompassed legislative strategy, constituent relations, and communications. Quain began career pursuits in public service and politics as a Legislative Intern and Staff Assistant, and holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Binghamton University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from SUNY Cortland.
