Sara Otero Tudela

Sara Otero Tudela is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in project management and design. Currently serving as the Manager of Substation Automation at Rochester Gas & Electric since June 2020, Sara oversees activities across multiple substation projects, focusing on resource management and project execution strategies.
