Dr. Skip Flanagan is an accomplished Mental Performance Coach at Flanagan Performance, LLC, specializing in empowering student-athletes and coaches through tailored strategies for mental toughness and resilience. Co-founding the National Deaf Athlete Center, Dr. Flanagan supports the education and performance optimization of the D/HH athlete population. As an Adjunct Professor at the Rochester Institute of Technology, Dr. Flanagan teaches courses focused on community development in athletics. Additionally, as the NTID Athlete Development Program Coordinator, Dr. Flanagan develops programs to enhance academic and personal growth for over 40 deaf and hard-of-hearing student-athletes. Previous experience includes roles in student-athlete support and professional athletics, as well as a strong educational background in psychology and performance psychology.
