Michele Steele

Michele Steele is currently a Senior Staff Assistant for the NTID Outreach Consortium at the Rochester Institute of Technology, a position held since October 2022. Prior to this, Michele served as Finance Manager at DEAF Inc. from June 2016 to October 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing all accounting matters, managing budgets, and coordinating annual audits. Michele’s extensive experience in administrative support includes roles at the Rochester Institute of Technology since March 1998, with responsibilities ranging from managing department budgets to providing support for various outreach programs. Michele holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Change and Leadership with a minor in Communication from the Rochester Institute of Technology, achieved in August 2014. Additional qualifications include certification as a State of Missouri Notary Public and membership in the Society for Human Resource Management since 2017.
