Shaun Foster

Shaun Foster is a seasoned academic and professional in the field of 3D digital design, currently serving as a full Professor at the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) since 2007. Foster has held various positions at RIT, including Assistant Professor and Program Director for the 3D Digital Design program, focusing on artificial intelligence, 3D, and virtual reality while enhancing curricula and student opportunities. In addition to academic roles, Foster contributes as a guest lecturer and mentor at CG Spectrum College and as a guest tutor for Digital Tutors. Freelance work includes acting as a 3D animator and multimedia developer for companies such as Hasbro and Leapfrog. Foster's prior experience includes managing a team of animators at 4D Productions and receiving advanced degrees in 3D computer animation and multimedia design from RIT, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
