Victor Santiago

Victor Santiago currently serves as the Associate Director of Annual Giving at the Rochester Institute of Technology, a position held since October 2014, where responsibilities include developing innovative annual giving strategies focused on donor acquisition and retention. Santiago has held multiple roles at RIT, such as Associate Director of Student & Recent Alumni Engagement and Associate Director of Affinity & Reunions, overseeing extensive alumni events and fostering connections between students and alumni. Additionally, contributions extend to the community as the Founder of Come OUT Rochester, promoting LGBTQIA+ owned businesses. Santiago holds a BFA in Graphic Design from RIT, obtained in 2013, and has experience in various roles ranging from bartending to advising fraternities and coordinating recreational activities for individuals with disabilities.
