- Rochester Institute of Technology, MBAThe current leadership team at Rochester Midland Corporation has a history with the company. The president and chief customer officer, as well as the president of sales, have all been with the corporation for many years. The president of the personal care division and the CEO have both been with the company for over a decade. All of the leaders on the team have either an MBA or a degree in biological sciences from the University of Delaware or Rochester Institute of Technology.
