Scott Leonard is currently serving as the Continuous Improvement / Operational Readiness Manager at Rochester Precision Optics since October 2023. Prior to this role, Scott held various engineering management positions at Gunlocke from April 1995 to October 2023, including Engineering Manager and Product Engineering Manager across several domains, such as Industrial & Operations Integration and Business Systems Transformation. Scott's academic background includes an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Mechanical Drafting and Mechanical Drafting CAD/CADD from Alfred State College - SUNY College of Technology, with studies undertaken from 1993 to 2000.
