Dennis Williams has extensive experience in library management, currently serving as the Charlotte Branch Manager at Rochester Public Library since May 2017. Previously, Dennis held various roles within the Rochester Public Library, including Teen Central Supervisor and Head of Acquisitions, where responsibilities spanned managing a teen center, overseeing the book budget, and developing community relationships. Prior to this, Dennis worked as Branch Supervisor at Sully Branch Library, providing exceptional customer service and empowering staff and patrons. Educational qualifications include a Master of Library Science from Bat School and a Bachelor's degree in Communications/Media Arts from SUNY Brockport.
