Eileen Cooley

Eileen Cooley has an extensive background in education and workforce development, currently serving as a Work Force Development Instructor at Rochester Rehabilitation Center since September 2016. Prior experience includes a significant tenure as a Teacher at Manchester-Shortsville Central School District (Red Jacket) from September 1995 to July 2015, and a role as Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Shopper Food Warehouse during the 1980s. Eileen also worked as an Extension Associate at Cornell Cooperative Extension of Oswego County in 1977-1978. Eileen holds a Bachelor's degree in Community Service Education from Cornell University and a Master's degree in Education from Simmons College.
