Ben Lease

Ben Lease has a strong background in leadership and management roles in the industrial and scientific instruments industry. Ben served as President at Rochester Sensors starting from May 2018 and as Vice President and General Manager since November 2014. Prior to that, they worked at Ametek as Vice President of Scientific Instruments from February 2011 to October 2014. Ben also held positions at Robertshaw Industrial Products as Vice President and General Manager from September 2006 to March 2011, and at Invensys Controls as Vice President in various engineering and connectivity roles from April 2001 to September 2006. Ben began their career at Robertshaw Tennessee as a Project Engineer in 1992 and also worked as a Project Engineer at Eaton PSD from 1983 to 1992.

Ben Lease earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Analog Electronic and Control System Design from Kettering University, which they attended from 1985 to 1990. Ben also obtained a Master of Science degree in Analog Electronics and Control System Design from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where they studied from 1993 to 1996.
